Oh, it's nice. Next time you're at a market (or in Scotland!) see if you can get some. It's like hard on the outside, with rusk constituting a lot of the outside, with a lovely, meaty centre. There was a Scots bloke behind the counter of the market stall presumably making this stuff so it was nice. Smile
