vegetarian special/non vegetarian too!

thought Id share this recipe,cos im hungry now after reading your posts lol! its really basic but really nice.mum found it from a restaurant she used to work at when I was younger(we had it nearly ever night but mum used to put spam in it to jazz it up a bit lol(yeah yeah shows my age lol)
u can do individual dishes or like i do,i shove it all in a big casserole dish
u will need
thinly sliced potatoes,mushrooms.sweetcorn,onions,garlic,tinned toms&cheese
layer it all up in the dish&cook till tatties are done,sprinkle with chesse
voila a nice juicy/cheesy dish
I have done different varieties&Just used potatoes/smoked sausahe&onions,that was yummy too!

Oh, by the way.....there's nowt wrong wi a bit o Spam, lass! Spam Fritters have kept the hunger at bay! Well, that would be before I reverted back to being a veggie! lol!

I would just like to say that Gordon Ramsey should be quaking in his boots!

I made this last night and it was proper yummy! Even the cat approved (although I suspect it was the cheese and tomatoes that did it for him. My cat is weird!)

oh wow! Im glad you enjoyed it,how odd,my cat loves it too,she also loves cheese and tomatoa, and beans..garlic..chips..icecream..peas&carrots..the list is endless lol!

how funny are cats! mine has a thing for bleach too,if i have belach on my hands,she sits,licks and chews my hands,till she starts sneezing&then purrs happily after,shes been like this since a kitten&when she had kittens of her own 7 years ago,i had to stop using bleach on my kitchen floor as she was picking them up,dragging them across the floor&licking them after(sly girl lol)
its never done her no harm tho,never been ill,never had jabs,,must be her *clean* living lol
