for assessing for a statement of special educational needs is on Monday 14th (great 2 major days in a row!) at 2pm.

I have to meet a new solicitor this week as my solicitor cannot be there due to his serious illness. The solicitor is well in the know of special needs kids as thats what the firm specialises in.

I cant believe it has come to this to be honest but it shows u how determined they are not to help children in need within the system, i know many, many parents who have a string of dx's for their children and STILL they get refused a statement, this is beyond belief! Mad

I will give it my best shot and by hook or by crook i will NEVER stop fighting for what T needs, if i have to appeal then appeal i will. I wont get kicked down and stay down, i will be their worst nightmare by the time i have finished with them!
