Charlotte keeps puking!!!

She feels fine, but all of a sudden she's chucking up VERY violently.

It started on Monday and she was so ill that we had to cancel her appointment at the hospital for her teeth extraction. Not that I minded as I was dwelling on it, but trying not to be anything but up-beat about it for her sake.

Tuesday and Wednesday she was completely fine and then Thursday she was throwing up again.

Friday and all day Saturday she was fine, until about 9.30 last night and she woke up all confused and needed the loo where she promptly threw up!

So, what is causing this?

It's not new foods as I haven't introduced any lately (you know what our kids are like, new food? she'd rather eat her own foot than try something new!) and she only drinks diluted grape juice, milk or water.

It can't be worry about the dentist, can it? I mean she knows that it isn't going to happen now for a while (they wanted to re-book the day before she goes back to school, but I have cancelled that. She NEEDS that first day back), so surely there's no connection now?

I am at a loss to know what it could be. She has seemed to suffer from migraine before but she hasn't had any of the other symptoms this last week or so....

I can't drag her to the doctor as the stress would probably make her worse, and they'd blame it on stress when I don't think it is, as I don't think she's particularly stressed....

Anyone got any experience of odd up-chucking behaviour?

She isn't ill...just puking for England!!

hugging I carnt really offer any usefull advice, but kids are up and down all the time but normally have a tempreture to go along with sickness. Just a thought though, dd often puts her fingers down her throat to make herself gag, for no particular reason I can make out other than she wants to see what it feels like, maybe Charlotte has done that hmm Sorry I carnt be more help hun. Maybe ring the doc for advice if you are still worried but say you would rather not take her to the sugery if at all possible.

Take care hugging

I put up her piccie last night....I felt it was about time I showed y'all who it is I talk about all the time!

I think I might have found the culprit too!

The last time she puked it absolutely STANK! Of alcohol! Yikes! Well, obviously there is no way she could have got her paws on any as we don't have it in the house, BUT she does drink diluted pure grape juice. All the time. She's drunk it since she was tiny, with no ill effects, but this was fermenting in her stomach so I don't know what else to think....

Anyway, she hasn't had any at all since Saturday (just before her last up-chucking!) and she's been totally fine.

I don't understand why things should change now, but they seem to have....
